Shipping & Returns
We ship most orders by USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days of your order being placed and we require a physical address for any orders. We only ship within the US to the 50 states & do not ship internationally or to outlying States.
When an order is placed, we will estimate delivery dates and shipping cost for you based on the availability of the products and shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option that you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. However once payments are verified and orders are fulfilled tracking numbers will be sent via email.
Please also note that the shipping rates depend on weight. The weight of all items can be found in the description. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be exact and priced accordingly.
You may return new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Chi-Town Blossom will pay the return shipping cost.
You will receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return USPS Postal Service, usually refunds are processed more quickly. This time frame includes delivery for us to receive the return from you (7-10 business days), our processing time once received (2-4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and reason for the return. You may also login and go to My Account>Manage My Account>Completed, locate the order number to be returned and select “Return Items” then complete the form. Chi-Town Blossom will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return label for you to return your products.
